Directorships: We take over mandates as nominee members of the board of Swiss entities as well as mandates as resident officers of Swiss entities, and, under certain circumstances, of foreign entities.

Domicile services: We provide domicile services for corporations, or if required, arrange for domicile to be provided at other locations outside the city of Zurich by sub-contractors under our supervision.
